    Bring us your deal, there’s no arbitrary cap if the numbers make sense. Typical funding ranges from $30,000 up to the FHA cap for the property’s county. Additional solutions may be available based on the property and loan type.
  2. Rates & Fees
    Current rates start around 6.5% annualized interest, with 0–5% origination and no prepayment penalties.
    (Credit and overall profile affect rate/leverage, but approval is primarily asset-driven.)

    • Fix & Flip: ~ 6–24 months
    • Buy & Hold / Refinance (DSCR): up to 30 years
